LBR 10-year Workmanship Warranty—Little Bird Roof provides a 10-year workmanship warranty to Customers for the relevant scope of work outlined in this Proposal. The warranty becomes effective upon the completion of services and collection of payment. Warranty coverage includes errors in workmanship and installation that result in leaks or components of the roofing system to not function as intended. Coverage excludes damages caused by natural disasters, alterations by others, structural failures, misuse, normal wear and tear, and incidental or consequential damages. The Customer understands routine roof maintenance, including but not limited to, removing debris from the surface and eliminating overhead vegetation is imperative to ensuring the longevity of the roof system. Routine maintenance is not the responsibility of Little Bird Roof, and failure to uphold maintenance can void warranty coverage and eligibility for claims. To file a claim, the Customer is required to notify Little Bird Roof within 5 days of initially observing a defect or concern arising out of the work, services, or materials provided by Little Bird Roof associated with the Proposal. Claims must be submitted to Little Bird Roof in writing with supporting descriptions and photographs of the components or areas of concern. Failure of the Customer to provide written notice of the occurrence within the required time frame shall result in the Customer waiving all claims that may be brought against Little Bird Roof, including claims arising in law, equity, contract, warranty (express or implied), tort, or federal or state statutory claims. If the claim is submitted properly, the Customer agrees to then allow Little Bird Roof access to the property to perform a comprehensive inspection in order to determine coverage eligibility. If the claim is deemed valid and approved, Little Bird Roof will repair and/or replace the defective workmanship at no cost to the Customer.
